• Operation Manager:- Tackle all field related issues as well as monitoring Security Incharge & House-Keeping in-charge(helping hand).
• Control Room:- All issues related to sites are communicated to the Branch
• Site In-charge (CSO):- Keep all security personnel deployed to the Concern site, maintained & Everyday and make attendance register on daily basis
• Supervisor:- To maintain attendance register of all guards and keep them well dressed disciplined as well as focus on access control first , Briefing Shift wise and Grooming guards
